Shri Pannalal Bhansali is a very senior veteran in the commerce, finance and insurance industry. An inherent businessperson, he embarked on his entrepreneurial journey in the year 1978 and the rest is history. Being an avid investor in many companies, he has pioneered several successful ventures across multiple domains and ‘IMAGE’ being one of them. He has been instrumental in setting up of ‘IMAGE’ and is the guiding force for the entire ‘IMAGE’ family, inspiring us to better ourselves each day.

With experience spanning 45+ years, he has held various significant positions in many organizations. He had been a President of Guwahati Stock Exchange and currently apart from being Chairperson of the ‘IMAGE’, he is an active member of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Federation of Industry & Commerce of North Eastern Region (FINER), Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI).

He is also the National President of Rashtriya Sewa Bharati, a social organization committed towards social well-being for all.

Shrimati Santosh Bhansali is an avid investor and has a deep financial acumen. She is associated with ‘IMAGE’ since its inception in 2002 and brings 25+ years of experience with her. She is an inspiring force behind the success of the company and has always shown the way of prosperity to ‘IMAGE’ family.

She has been a guiding light in embedding the moral values & ethics of integrity, fairness and accountability across the entire family of ‘IMAGE’

She in her role of Director oversees the investing opportunities and administer the overall profitability of the company.

Shrimati Divya Sethia Bhansali is an alumnus of IMT Ghaziabad and has done her MBA in Human Resources. She is also a Composite Broker Qualified Person from National Insurance Academy (NIA), Pune. She has been associated with ‘IMAGE’ family since 2011 and is involved in day-to-day operations of the company since then.

She in her role of Director & Compliance officer looks after the entire gamut of operations of ‘IMAGE’ and subsequently also oversees the compliance function of the company.

She is the force behind keeping ‘IMAGE’ compliant with the rules & regulations of the law of land.

Shri Mohit Bhansali joined the ‘IMAGE’ family in 2011. He brings with himself an experience of 20+ years in the field of commerce, finance and insurance. He keeps a deep financial acumen and is at the core of devising strategies for the success & growth of the company. Under his visionary leadership, the company has made significant achievements and being able to be seen as an extended arm for its stakeholders.

He in his role of Principal Officer gives a strategic direction to keep the company on its goal course of becoming a leading & trusted partner for all its stakeholders providing best in-class insurance & risk management solutions. He oversees the entire Operating, Marketing, Compliance and Reinsurance functions of the company.

He believes in a win-win philosophy for all and thus makes possible for ‘IMAGE’ to devise insurance solutions which are mutually beneficial for all the stakeholders involved. Mentioning about his academics, he is a Commerce Graduate from Delhi University and Composite Broker Qualified Person from National Insurance Academy (NIA), Pune

Shrimati C Kanya Saraswathy is spearheading the Reinsurance Broking division of ‘IMAGE’. She brings with her an experience of 38+ years in the field in insurance and reinsurance.

She began her journey in the industry as a direct recruit officer from GIC and got inducted in the renowned public sector insurer – ‘National Insurance Company Ltd.’ She worked there for 21 years in various capacities and across all departments ranging from underwriting, marketing, claims, accounts and information technology. She got the exposure to work in all the office verticals i.e. Divisional, Regional and Head Office.

Her previous stint before joining ‘IMAGE’ family was with Tata Consulting Services (TCS) as Head of Commercial and Reinsurance, Global Insurance Practice. She served in TCS for 17 years and worked upon various assignments for developing information technology solutions for the insurers & reinsurers across the globe.

Academically speaking, she is an MBA (rank holder) from Loyola Institute of Business Administration, Chennai; ICWAI-Inter and Composite Broker Qualified Person (highest scorer) from National Insurance Academy (NIA), Pune.

Shri Rahul Kumar Arya holds rich expertise of 32+ years in sales & marketing across sectors like Consumer Durables and Insurance. He has been involved in handling large & key accounts for the companies he had served. He had been instrumental in increasing market share and new client acquisitions in his previous assignments. He has worked for the brands like Kurl-On Mattresses, Yellow Pages, Eagle Flask, Zuari Chambal Insurance Solutions, and other renowned Insurance Brokers.

His role with ‘IMAGE’ family involves acquisition & retention of new commercial accounts specifically involving Facultative Reinsurance support for their large & complex risks.

His academics involves Graduation in Commerce from Bhopal (earlier Barkatullah) University, Diploma in Computers from Bhopal School of Social Sciences and Direct & Reinsurance Broker Qualified Person from National Insurance Academy (NIA), Pune.

Shri Rakshit Arya holds an expertise of 15+years in finance and insurance sector. He has got hands-on experience in Placements, Retention, Marketing and Regulatory Compliances.

At ‘IMAGE’, he is taking care of the Reinsurance, Marketing, Placements and Claims functions for all Non-Life Insurance lines of business (LOBs) - Engineering, Property, Marine, Liability, Casualty, Cyber, Speciality Lines, Employee Benefits, etc. He is involved in devising strategies for commercial marketing and implementation & execution of those strategies to ensure maximum market growth & retention of business acquired. He is also part of Compliance Team at ‘IMAGE’ and is involved in developing internal systems for maintaining and adhering to the Regulatory Compliances.

He is a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India (FIII), Casualty Actuarial Science (Foundations) Certified by III, Commerce Graduate and a Composite Broker Qualified Person from National Insurance Academy (NIA), Pune.

Shri Aniket Kheterpal brings with himself an experience of 18+ years in the field of finance & accounts. At ‘IMAGE’, he is heading the F&A department and is instrumental in developing and implementing finance & investment strategy in line with business strategy. His expertise in Finance & Accounting, Treasury and Taxation plays a significant role in driving the business results.

Prior to his association with ‘IMAGE’, he has held the position of Chief Financial Officer in IRCON International Ltd.

Talking about his academics he is a Qualified FCMA, CIPFA (U.K.), C.F.A. (ICFAI), M.F.A., M.B.A. (Fin & HR), B.COM.

Shri Kailash Nath Bhandari is a very senior professional & stalwart in the industry having an experience of 50+ years. He has got a very sound knowledge of insurance & company laws and has often been referred to as a ‘book in himself’ on the subject matter.

He is associated with ‘IMAGE’ as a Principal Consultant & Advisor providing management & risk advisory consultancy and mentoring the family with his intrinsic insights.

He has held the role of Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) at both New India Assurance Company Ltd. and United India Insurance Company Ltd. He has also served on the Board of General Insurance Corporation of India, Loss Prevention Association of India Ltd., and Ken India Insurance Co. Ltd.

Currently he is serving on the board of many companies like Gujarat Siddhee Cement Limited, Venus Pipes & Tubes Limited, Midas Asset Reconstruction Co. Pvt. Ltd., to name a few.

He completed his Bachelor of Arts and LLB degrees from Jodhpur University. He is an active philanthropist in Rajasthan, deeply involved in areas such as education and healthcare.

Shri Arjun Kumar De is a senior advocate having an experience of 35+ years particularly in insurance related matters. He is deeply versed with insurance and related laws and has been instrumental in resolving many disputes between insured and the insurer.

He is the owner of the law firm ‘M/s A.K. De & Associates which is a renowned name in the field of corporate & insurance law matters.
